Selamat Sejahtera (means hello in English) to all!!
Tomorrows is our last day of orientation for the month of January 2010 here at Prince Court Medical Centre. Pretty exhausted organising it the last 3 days.
We got majority new staffs from Nursing Services, and we are still searching for more nurses (especially in ICU!!).
Nurses come and go, i guess it is normal for this kind of industry. For the Malaysian's nurses , you will often see them flew to the middle east, why? Better pay of course!
While lots of them go there to either earn more money, it is the experience and as well as the facilities that were taken into acount for their career advancement.
Here, we also see some nurses who came back to Malaysia from Saudi, but why Prince Court ?
It is mainly due to the always up to date machine that are not available at any other hospital in Malaysia. (it ain't always about the money :P ).
Heck, we even have those who leave PCMC and go to Saudi and then rejoin PCMC. Unlike Petronas we still accept those who wish to re-join PCMC ;)
Well, another big day tomorrow...thats all for now...signing off....out for makan (eat) ..

Apparently Segi Nursing College evaluates the pamhplet by the following:
- content (facts must be accurate and relevant) ---- contributes 20 marks!
- organization and design----contributes 10 marks
- grammar and spelling----contributes 5 marks
- Teamwork----contributes 5 marks
So u ask yourself ...dear fellow segi students...
